Satsafe is an IoT tech start-up that develops App-centric, location-based products and services on a SaaS basis. Mission: "To develop products and services that influence user behaviour in order to reduce accidents and save lives whilst reducing environmental impact". Our launch product Satsafe.me is an after sales black box (powered by TomTom Telematics) that monitors driver style - acceleration, braking, cornering forces and time of day. We are working with Europe's largest independent insurer, Towergate Insurance Group, to provide non-invasive, low cost telematics insurance for young and inexperienced drivers. We also have other Satsafe products including Satsafe.bike, a GPS enabled bike light that tracks rides and provides a tracking and alert function if the bicycle is stolen. Other projects in development include tracking and monitoring devices for the elderly, kids, pets and high value assets which send messages to customers' smart phones if an alarm is triggered.
